STANDARD DELIVERY TIMELINES
After placing your order, we typically package and ship within 1 business day.
All standard orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service and are assigned tracking numbers. The following table provides an estimate on when you should expect to receive your order. *Please note that speed of delivery are as advertised by Canada Post. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within these times.
Canada (Standard Delivery)
Alberta – 4 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
British Columbia – 4 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
Manitoba – 3 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
New Brunswick – 3 to 4 business days after order has been shipped
Newfoundland – 6 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
Northwest Territories – 6 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
Nova Scotia – 3 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
Nunavut – 6 to 13 business days after order has been shippedOntario – 1 to 6 business days after order has been shipped
Prince Edward Island – 4 to 5 business days after order has been shipped

ERROR OR DISCREPENCY WITH YOUR ORDER
If there is an error with your order, please call us at +1-780-977-8683 within 5 calendar days of receiving your package. PLEASE do not ship the item back before calling and receiving a return code.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS / SHIPMENTS NOT PICKED UP
Any order sent to a customer that is refused or not picked up from the Canada Post depot (when applicable) within the allocated Canada Post timeframes will be charged the shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 15%.
RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by you (the customer) at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at your own expense. If you (the customer) choose not to have the order re-shipped, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges.
SPECIAL/BULK ORDERS
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on special / bulk orders. All special orders are pre-paid and shipping charges will be applied when the order is ready to be shipped.
REFUND AND RETURNS
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO CANADIAN SHIPMENTS. DUE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON NON-CANADIAN ORDERS.
We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to Vanilla Food Company. These return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All return items should be returned within original packaging. Any food items must not have been opened. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned products.
